Hello. Can you please explain me the difference between "go to and visit to"? In other words when we can use go to, and when should we use visit to? Thanks

Let’s go to to the zoo.
This is a visit to the zoo.

Whereas “go” in the first sentence is a verb, “visit” in the second is a noun. You can’t use “visit to” when “visit” is a verb.
