Dear all,

The following pasage is from a Wikipedia article about a racehorse named Frankel.

Frankel (foaled 2008 in Ireland) is a Thorough bred colt racehorse trained by Sir Henry Cecil for Prince Khalid Abdulla. Named after legendary American trainer Bobby Frankel who died in November 2009, Frankel was an impressive two year old winning all four starts.

In the second sentence, isn't a comma necessary before the relative pronoun who as below?

Thank you!

Yes, and one before 'winning'.

 There are other problems with the text. I don't know if in the field of horse-breeding 'foal' is intransitive; in the rest of the world, the dam (mother horse) does the foaling: a breeder might say 'I think she's going to foal tonight'. But the dates suggest that here it's used to mean 'be born'. And 'thoroughbred' is one word with no capital.
