Hi,

I`m pretty confuse while using the following sentence.

May the King bestow
a part of/from the treasure upon you.

(The situation is an old lady pray for his son who is going to go to the king.)

I am not sure about "
a part of/from". Could you people help me in this if it is correct or not? Is there any other (better) way to say that?
Note: I have to use treasure in my sentence.

Thanks in advance!

If you are writing a story, then you can use any words you like. Why did you say "I have to use treasure"?

Because, it will give a good idea to the readers. Anyways, I`d love to get your answer if you have any better suggestion for it.

I'd say something like "May the King bestow some of his treasure upon you?" Of the two choices you presented in post #1, only "part of" would work.

Your assumption that emsr2d2 is a sir is erroneous.
