who I talk to vs who I'm talking to

A simple sentence that got me wondering. If I were asked "What languages do you speak?", what would be correct to say "It depends on who I talk to." or "It depends on who I'm talking to."

The answer to the question
"What languages do you speak?" should be "Ukrainian, English and Polish".

As to the grammar of the two sentnces? "....who I talk to." or "...who I'm talking to."

Do you use large words in your day-to-day speech?
Depends who I'm talking to.

(PS - In the old days it would have been "whom I'm talking to," but just about no one would say that now.)

Not really. The language you use at any given moment is surely dependent upon who you are talking to at that given moment.
