When I tell somebody a story about something that happend in the past (a few days ago) and I want to tell it using present tense, which tense should I apply: present simple or present continuous?
I will write an exmple of such story in present simple:
I tell some guy:
"It happened yesterday. My friend walks into the building, goes upstairs, opens the door and sees his wife with another man."
Is it ok or should it be written with present continuous?
