Hi,
I'm writing my diploma thesis. It is supposed to consist of two basic parts—theoretical and practical (which concerns a piece of software I have created).
I need to choose names for these parts. I wasn't able to find out if there are some standard names used in technical theses, since english native speakers seem to avoid dividing their theses into these two parts.
The caption I have chosen for the first part is "Part I: Theoretical Research". It seems plausible to me. I have however no idea what a meaningful name of the second part should be. I saw "Part II: Applicative Part". It doesn't make sense to me, does it?
Thanks.
