I hear a lot of people before they provide any information which they assume that second person knows it, they say "you must be knowing this" is it correct? if not what sentence one should use in such situation.

It is not correct in British English. "You must know ..." is correct, but not, in my opinion, particularly common. I think I'd say, "As you probably know, ...."

I work around a lot of Indian speakers and they tend to use this present progressive form when they should not. So when I hear this construction or read it I immediately think the person is Indian. :)

It should be "you must know this" or other suggestions such as the ones from fivejedjon.

It is incorrect, as are;

I must be knowing this.
We must be knowing this.
tTey must be knowing this.
Tom, Dick and Harry must be knowing this.
