Which sentence is meaningful

I want to know which sentence is meaningful and grammatical

I graduated from the secondary school with a high rate

or

I got a high rate in the 3rd secondary

Neither sentence is grammatical as they don't end in full stops.

As for being meaningful, 'with a high rate' is not colloquial. Perhaps you mean 'with good grades'.

The second sentence is meaningless.

What do you mean by 3rd secondary? Rate should probably be grades/marks, but I have never heard of 3rd secondary.

When I graduated from the secondary school I got 98%<<but I don;t know if the word(rate) can be used here or not

Actually, I don't know how to say it in a meangingful senences.

See Rover's post #2. He did not sat that your first sentence was meaningless; he suggested a modification. I graduated from secondary school with good (or high) grades (or marks.)
