I am struggling to understand any part of those quotes. I can't see any reason why "Costly avid Actor" would lead anyone to think that he is a very passionate actor or that he will "stretch your pockets". I've never heard the phrase "will stretch your pockets" to mean "is costly/expensive". "Avid" can mean enthusiastic.

If you are simply asking about the meaning of "stretch your pockets", then I can only say that I have never heard the phrase but if someone told me that it meant that I would have to spend a lot of money (on something costly/expensive) I would understand why it might mean that.

The interpretation is on the right track, however it uses that saying incorrectly. To "stretch one's pockets" is taking steps to make your money last. If you hired Kevin Costner you might have to "stretch your pockets" afterward because you're so broke. This of course was when he was still an A-list actor in his prime, long before such box-office bombs as "The Postman".

If Chance the Rapper had written the line... "Kevin Costner paycheck brutal, leave you actin frugal, but his actin pretty cool though" then "he will stretch your pockets" would make more sense.

The interpreter means "Kevin Costner is a very passionate (avid) actor, but he will cost you a pretty penny (expensive)."
