My input:
Level:
Elementary

Lesson Length:
45 mins

Present simple and present continuous (positive, negative and question forms), adverbs of frequency (often, sometimes, usually etc)

Anticipated problems:
Anticipated problems could be understanding of the concept of Present simple and present continuous. Are they familiar vocabulary being used?.

Solutions:
If there was problems with vocabulary I could bring some items in a box IE a tennis ball, dvd, book. And drill the about how we use these items as a hobby.

Black/white board.Markers.Flash cards(hobbies),Questions sheet,pens.

I was going to comment on the content and your actual lesson plans but I have just spent over ten minutes correcting the spelling, punctuation and grammar of the post.

I am somewhat perturbed by that fact especially as your profile says that you are a native English speaker from the UK. In order to teach English, you don't just need to do a TEFL, you need to have a very good basic understanding and knowledge of the English language, in both spoken and written forms.

Please look closely at all the corrections. The first few things which you desperately need to review:

- Correct spelling of "their"
- Correct spelling of "answers"
- Correct spelling of "does"
- Spacing after a full stop
- Spacing after a comma
- Capitalisation the word "I" (first person singular)
- Don't capitalise "ie" before an example

I did not ask you to correct my mistakes.
As hundreds of learners visit this forum every day, all of us who post here must expect our mistakes to be corrected for the beneit of others.

Capitalisation = Capitalization
If by that you mean that both spellings are possible, you are correct.
It is difficult to give the help you want, because we do not know how 'they want it'. It appears that they have provided a link for you to see a model lesson plan. Does this not help?

Personally, I would word the objective part along the lines of: (By the end of the lesson) Ss will demonstrate ability to use specified vocabulary by discussion in pairs and by writing 50 words on the topic.

However, if 'they' have a different model, this may not be satisfactory.

I think what I've done is ok I just wanted someone to have a look at it and tell me what they think.
