present perfect continuous

Hi
I'm looking for an interesting way to start teaching present perfect continuous and make the students understood better. Specially when it comes to the difference between present perfect simple and the continuous one.
For the activation of this tense I have some fun activities but I want the warmup and the start to be something interesting and useful. Thanks in advance my dear colleagues all over the world.

If I remember rightly, there are quite a lot of activities in both English Banana and some handy hints on Hot English (I think you have to subscribe to the latter).

Thanks are they some websites? Because I know some books that are called hot English.
