Hi,

Is the following sentence right? I want to change the scheduled meeting time because of another emergency meeting was called which conflicts with our scheduled meeting.

"Please be informed that the subject meeting time has been changed from 10:30 am to 11:30 am in order to give way to “Emergency Meeting” conducted by Senior Managerment."

Please help.

But this is not "sending a request" as implied by your title. There's no request in the message.
You aren't asking whether the new time is alright. You're telling them that this is the new meeting time.
