Is it a fixed expression? What does it mean?

I have never heard it. Where did you encounter it?

I've never heard of it either. My dad uses "Shudder the thought" (like "Perish the thought") quite frequently.

I tried to translate a verse:
Run on devotion
Breathe out the night
Shiver the notion
Love in white light

It might not be a fixed expression, but I decided to check
:)

2) ... and thus you will not ever required create all the changes in addition, shiver the notion, undertake it better on a rainy day.

Neither of those appears to be written by a native speaker. Neither is comprehensible.

Whichever website you found those on, please don't ever look at it again. They are worse than incorrect - they are appalling.

They look like computer translations to me- they're full of mistakes and it's often hard to get the meaning. I'd guess it's supposed to be perish the thought.

Yes, they definitely smack of GoogleTranslate or similar.

On the other hand, this could be the start of an entirely new English expression. "Shiver the notion" rolls off the tongue very easily, and brings to mind some likely scenarios:

"AAAAARRRRH, Jim Lad", said John Silver. "Them pirates will be after havin' our guts for garters afore two bells in the dog watch." He drew a large, rusty cutlass from his belt, and ran a finger lovingly along the pitted edge. "Shiver the notion that they lay a finger on 'ee while Long John still has one leg to stand on".....

"For shame, Mr Darcy! Shiver the notion that I could possibly entertain the slightest affection for you" cried Elizabeth, as she fled from the gazebo, contriving to drop her kerchief in the process...
