What is the name of an "acrobatic" figure which consists in tucking on the ground, bending one's neck and doing a forward flip? It's often done by children in PE classes in Poland.

I'd call it a backward/s somersault. But if you look at the links to the other videos on the right of the somersault one, you'll find videos of all sorts of exercises - cartwheels, handstands, etc.
