2. Don't eat too many cakes
3. Don't eat too much chocolate
4. Don;t eat too many chocolates.

Which of the above sentence is correct?

They are all possible now.

Yes. They are both countable and uncountable nouns.

"Too much chocolate" doesn't give the hearer any idea of what kind of chocolate might be consumed. It could be pieces from a large bar, it could be a whole bar, it could be individual little chcolates from a box. "Too many chocolates" only implies individual chocolates from a box.
