Default What does this error message mean ?

"Your submission could not be processed because you have logged in since the previous page was loaded."

Please could anyone rephrase the message above I got at UsingEnglish ?
I couldn't understand it.

I couldn't understand it.
It's probably best to leave it the person who wrote it, YM, but what the hell, I'm game to give it a go.

"Your [submission] posting could not be processed because you [have] logged in [since] after that posting [the previous page] was loaded/submitted."

That's my best shot, but still it's Greek to me. Shows ta go ya that context really really really really helps. And did I mention 'really'?
