activate quick reply

my problem is how to activate the quick reply option ?

Click on the little scroll icon (as I did).

There's a Quick Reply button in each post next to the Thanks button.

You can change the editor options to have a basic editor or a full WYSIWYG one in the Control Panel http://www.usingenglish.com/forum/usercp.php
The link is at the top of the page on the left. Then choose the Edit Options link and it's at the bottom of the page.
