Login nag after a day of use without it...

After using the site for a day and only having to log in with my username and password using the forum site, I'm now getting a popup message when I visit every page associated with usingenglish.com. The message is

Enter username and password for http://4qinvite.4q.iperceptions.com

what's up with this?

I just registered and having the same problem. I think it is something wrong with this website and will be fixed soon.

It appears that the company we use to conduct end-user surveys is having a few problems. I've disabled the survey on the forum pages and will update the pages on the site over the weekend.
