error with text analyser - error message

Keep getting error messages " you have not entered a title" and "you have not entered any text to analyse" when I try to analyse a new text.


I did give it a title and I did copy and paste text.

anyone else have this problem or does anyone know how to fix?

I have moved this into support for the Webmaster to look out. However, I have just entered a text and didn't see the problem.

Hi, and sorry to hear you are having problems. Can you first tell us which version of the text analyser you are using please, and there are big differences between the public and our members' versions. If you post a link to it then that will help us a lot!

I signed in as a member and I am using the new upgraded version of text analyser.
I successfully posted one text a couple of weeks ago and named it Spring 2010.
When I try and enter any other text, it tells me that I have not given it a title and that I have not pasted any text even though I have.


Thanks for your help - it is probably something dumb that I am doing or not doing!

If it can't be replicated elsewhere, could it be a browser cache problem?

Honestly I have no idea what's happening here. I've not heard of this issue happening before, or since.
