Problem with UsingEnglish!

Hi,
Unfortunately I've recently had problem using this forum. My pages freeze and no drop-down menu will go open. I had to switch to UsingEnglish New which is a bit awkward to use! I don't see any Thanks button there! And it's hard to read posts easily. Could anyone please tell me what the problem might be? Could it be due to any unwanted lock or access restriction?

Hiya!

It's not an access restriction, no. It sounds like your page is freezing because it's waiting to finish loading, which is a common problem if you are been experiencing slow connectivity. Is the site slow from where you are? Are other sites slow? Eg: I had a connection problem two days ago that was due to my ISP, not the site.

Another thing to try is clearing your browser cache, which may have become corrupted.

Lastly, I've moved this thread to the support forum as it's here that I look for these issues.

Thanks again. I'm quite confused because I have no problem with this new style while in the previous one no list or window opens. I just wondered if anyone else was experiencing this. I hope it'll be solved soon.
