Do you mean how to make a print screen? Just hit "Print Screen"/"PrtSc" on your keyboard, open Paint, hold CTRL and press V on your keyboard. Then save it.

Yes , i know .I have done but the username changes from ''Welcome " and "Restart"only .
I want to change it ,also in this :
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Contacts
Could i do that ?How ?

One solution would be:

1) Create a new account with your desired name
2) Move/Copy your files from your old account folder if needed
3) Delete your old account

I'm going to download a program for instance .

When I'm downloading,it showed a small box called "Security Advertisement" that wrote "Publisher unknown".
