Are you using Internet Explorer? Because that is a common problem of Internet Explorer or any other programme which makes use of Internet Explorer to display/do certain things. Also, a print screen would be useful.
When a Pop-up is blocked, it means that your browser blocked the website to open additional frames/pages etc. Usually, blocked Pop-ups are advertisements, but not always. The browser might be confused and actually block a legit, a normal page. Let's give you an example: if you are browsing a website, and you see a link "More information" and click it, the website may open that information in a separate window (to keep you on the same page) - which is a Pop-up.

I think that Mozilla Firefox is the problem here. Or the JavaScript code, because it might have bugs. It may cause an infinite loop, or it could raise considerably your processor or memory usage, and the browser is considering it problematic and stops its execution. That's why you receive that error message. You should try another browser and see if you encounter the same (or another) problem. Google Chrome or Opera would be a great choice. Mozilla Firefox, in my opinion, is a quite "heavy", unstable and unsafe browser, even if it is very flexible and customizable.

Thanks

Hmm, then the script is responsible for the error, it has bugs. In this case, there's nothing you can actually do. Just wait for it to be fixed (notify the administrator).

Re: Internet Help
In Firefox, you can increase the time allowed for a script to run, which can help if the script is doing something that takes a long time, but if it's a buggy script, then it will just continue to cause problems. Probably the best thing is to wait until they fix it.
