Hi,
Is anyone else having problems downloading the 'English Language Glossary Browser' . Every time I try to download it I get an error message saying that the server is sending me a web page and not a zip file.
I have tried this over the last few days and its still the same. Can anyone help as I have tried to contact support by email but no reply as yet.

I have just tried to download it and it worked. Go here:
Hit download. If the download doesn't start, tell me what message pops up on your screen.Code:http://www.usingenglish.com/forum/downloads.php?do=file&id=4
I have just tried and it downloaded a zip file for me. Who did you contact by email? I haven't seen anything in the email accounts.
It may have been that the server and/or your connection may have been having problems at the time that you tried to download. Can you try again please and let us know how you get on?

I get the following 2 messages now:
"Your submission could not be processed because a security token was invalid.
If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error."
I log back in and now it tells me I have reached my maximum daily allowance.
Hope you can help!
*PS I filled out a form on the website with my email address - perhaps it got lost ?
Thanks for looking at this for me.
Are you using the new forum style or the default one? If you are using the new style, switch back to the default style. These kind of errors occur when the style is not fully compatible or it hasn't been properly installed. Also, have you tried downloading the file with another browser?
Tarby, please can you post the link where you are trying to download from?
