To Whom It May Concern:

I am unable to download and install Irregular Verb List Viewer. I don't understand what I am doing wrong.

It downloads a file that is 18 KB in size and when I double click it, it opens up another page in Firefox asking me to log in, which I did several times and then it tells me "Problem loading page. File not found."

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? I following this link www . usingenglish . com / download / irregular - verbs - viewer that takes me to Irregular Verb List Viewer (1.66 MB); I click on the Download button and go through the aforementioned steps that produce no results.
