pic posting

I posted this question in the poetry prose and song forum, but felt I'd do it here also.

I was wondering if it would be ok for members to post pics of themselves or any other pics from their collections in order to put a face with the profile, or to just plain share with fellow members. this sound good? they could either post the image link to display it in the text field or they could provide a link to a pic....

With the obvious warnings about posting personal things like pictures on the internet, people can link to such things if they want. Some people have used photos as avatars and you can attach pictures in common file formats like gif, jpeg, etc, as long as they don't exceed 100kb- you can do this from the advanced editor- there's a Manage Attachments box under the text editor.
