Hello,

I just tried to change my user name from Svara to sara, but I couldn't find where to do so. I checked my settings and my profile, but there isn't a possibility to change one's user name. I tried to check my preferences, but this link is dead, I got a Ooops
page.

I would like ask you

(a) Can you change my user name else well and then send me an email, so that I know
that I have to use the new user name.
(b) If there is a option where I can do that, then please tell where?

As your username is now showing as Svara, I assume an admin has changed it for you. As far as I know, it is not possible for normal users to change their username themselves.

I have moved your thread to the support area, where the people who can do this are more likely to see it.

Note that your original question said you wanted it changed "from Sara to Svara." That means it WAS Sara and the new name you wanted was Svara.

Your later post clarified you want it TO BE (not "is") Sara.

I'm afraid that usernames must be unique, so something common like Sara will already be in use.
