Adding "I'm not a teacher" to my posts.
I note from the rules that I should make clear that I'm not a teacher [not a teacher of English, anyway] when I post a reply to a question in the "Ask a Teacher" Forum. Is there an clever/automated way of doing this, or must I simply preface any remarks with "I'm not a teacher, but..."?
Re: Adding "I'm not a teacher" to my posts.
In my opinion, if your answers are good over a certain period of time, it won't be necessary to add it. I see some of top contributors like Barb, Ray, and few others who are not teachers do not add that. However, people who visit this site regularly will know that there answers are completely reliable and they are, in no way, second to teachers.

Ready my signature block. My proclamation that I'm not a teacher is in every post. What I can't remember is how to add a signature line, so I moved the post to the support thread so someone who does remember this stuff can tell you how.
