how to change format

I want to copy the content of some post to a word document, but the content appear abnormal in the word document. only half line are occupied with words and I couldn't put any word on the other half of the line. How could I change the format in the post into word document? Thank you very much.

Try "Special paste" and then "paste as non-formatted text"
