Have you ensured that you have told the forum to log you in automatically?

Dear Red5,

I don't know how to ask the forum to log in automatically.

I began to realize there is something wrong with my computer from the fact that it sometimes works and sometimes not.

I don't think I should bother you with this problem any more. For you it's time-consuming.
I'll type my questions first and then log in. Please don't worry about it. It's very convenient. I am telling the truth, really.

Thank you for all the help you have given me. When I have problems with this I'll not hesitate to ask you.

Best wishes,

Jiang

In the log-in box you will see a tickbox.

For best results, make sure this is ticked to log you on automatically each visit. This will allso ensure that you are kept logged in whilst you are posting.

That's why I'm here; to help!

Please continue to point out these things to me because if you are having problems it means that other people probably are having problems.

Default I haved ticked the tickbox

Dear Red5,

I have ticked the tickbox. Now it logs in automatically. Now I am sure everything will work well. Next time when I post questions I'll tell you the result.

You are right. Other people might have the same problem because I think more than 80 people have looked at this mail. I hope they can learn something from this.

Best wishes,

Jiang
