Who edited my profile?

Previously my first language - Hindi was not displayed in my posts. But to a great surprise, I have been seeing for a few days first language - Hindi on my posts automatically. I neither touched my control-panel nor edited any of my profile.

Are the administrators/moderators modified my profile details? Or
Some hackers break my password and using my id?
