WHY I can't see it?

I recieved this email but when I click I the url,I only see:

I'm not sure what the topic is- it may have been moved into another folder.

Click on unwatch=topic if you no longer wish to be notified of posts to that topic. The other thing may be a software glitch or the topic may have been deleted. (Red can explain it better than I can.) It does seem to be that if the topic was only moved and not deleted that that the link should take you there.

The clue is in the above link, which indicates that the topic you were watching is #28 ("How many languages do you speak?") and can be reached by using the link below:

http://www.usingenglish.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=28

It might be that the post you were notified of was deleted, which would explain the message you got when following the original link.
