technical hitches

to whom it may concern,
i'm an ardent user of this website.but recently i have been experiecing some technical hitches such as:when i post a messsage,i donn't get the feedback.
i was given instruction to click on the icons but its still abortive.all the attempt i made was futile.please, i need you to help me out with this excruciating problem.

Given the age of the post, it should be. However, the software has just been updated, with a large number of changes, so there has been of bit of bedding in while tweaking and adjusting the settings.
