Default Sequence of verbs

1) I reached London on 28.8.07 on thursday at 1000 hrs.

2) He performed well in the concert held at Wallace Hall.on 28.8.07 on thursday at 1000 hrs .


Pl advise whether the sequence of words is in order.

day, date, time. This is when advertising an upcoming event, or giving somebody precise details about, say as in your example, an arrival time.

However, in conversation, and the concert was this week, then you might say, "It's 8 o'clock this Thursday." (It would be understood this is NOT 8 a.m.)
