Default Problems with glossary and the list of verbs

hello :D
this is my first post here

I have the next problem

When I try to run the Glossary on my computer . The screen displays the next message

Shell.dll is not on your system

What can I do ? I tried to copy it from my libreries and pasted in the glossary carpet but it did not work either :(

Help !

The list of irregular verbs , appears a message that say the file is corrupted or damage . Does anybody have this problem??
Is this normal??

Thank you very much for your support ! :D

The software is designed to run on Windows systems. Can you tell me what operating system you are using?

I use a different Windows and it works fine. I'll try it on an XP machine later and see.

Have you tired running a search for <shell.dll>? Perhaps that file is missing or corrupted. :?
