I have one question, please : why can I not receive the result of my test/quiz ?
The answer is: "sorry, the quiz you requested is not available" / you did not complete all of the answers.
ALTHOUGH I answered to all questions, I can not have a result of my test.

They are saying that you did not finish (complete) the test, so they cannot grade it. They have no results to give you.

Ask if you can re-take the test.
