Dear Moderator,

I have received strange notifications of moderated post since yesterday. Please click the thumbnail image and see the attachment as below. I don't remember I broke any clauses it indicates.

Could you please suggest if I do anything inappropriate?

You haven't done anything wrong. I've also received them. No worries. It's a glitch. They'll fix it soon enough.
