Help with printable handouts

I'm having trouble with the printable handouts. When I want to use the handout in a printed version for my students I do not get the options offered. The options are only visible in the online version or as an answer sheet where the correct answers are already given. What do I have to do to get a printed version where the student sees which answers he/she is to choose from. Tks in advance!

Can you save the entire document and rename it?

If so, save it, then re-open and you may be able to alter it.
