How to upload a full-length picture?

I just can upload it as a thumb-nail attachment.

Can you run that past me again, in simple steps. All I can see is Upload File from Computer.

How do I "put my image link location to 'insert image' button"?

The picture is not uploaded via Manage Attachments. Please read the steps as below:

1. Click "Insert Image" as the attachment indicates;

2. Enter URL of the picture to the box of Insert Image.

Done!

But what if it's an image on the desktop of my computer?
And what if the image is just part of a page of a website? That's why I take a Grab of the image with my Apple Mac and save it, then want to post it as a full-length picture.
