i need some help .....please

i didn't know where to write this post
so please forgive me if i wrote it in the wrong department



my problem is that
i have no profile
every time i go to my profile
i find a strange person named nora_144
and vistor messages to this person
my friends i don't find them and when they visit my profile they find the same
all what i have is my Subscriptions list
and i don't know what to do


please help me
