Default Conversational Classes - Intermediate

I´ve just started a new class with a group of 3 lawyers - high intermediate level of English.

We have 2 classes per work, so after some discussion about what they need I´ve agreed to have one conversation-based class and the other with more focus, exercises and homework.

I´ve had conversational classes on a one-to-one level before, but with the number of people plus the higher level of English, I´m looking for some ideas on how to run this one through. Each class lasts 1 hour. I´m thinking of creating, over time, some varied conversation topic and question cards to be chosen at random for each class.... also will try and incorporate some subject-specific topics (law, finance, taxation.... for which I´m hunting the web for resources !)

In the meantime I´m looking for inspiration!!

All thoughts and ideas are welcomed, thanks!

I Googled: ESP+law and this came up. Looks like it might have some ideas.

Got this one from "legal vocabulary" :
Law - Legal English Glossary - English for Special Purposes Core Vocabulary

thank you very much ... I have already got that legal glossary, which I´m starting to work through with them. The other link I will print now to look through.

I´m also looking for some simpler ideas as conversation starters... perhaps I should be looking at business conversation or something - will have a look at some more of the books I have access to.
