dears i'm watching tv show (prison break) i don't understand this sentences
It's-it's over for me. It's Done.
So I can sign over his personal belongings to you.

It means "Everything is finished for me, it is terminated."

Obviously, his mission was to save a life, because he is now willing to give legally "sign over" the deceased person's belongings, or property.

It means it's finished and i have nothing to do with this issue anymore
