Glass-making industry
New technology of laminating glas.
Laminate panes are made by
the use of PVB foil in special lines equipped into the autoclave
(Do the lines go into an autoclave?). The cost of such a line much exceeds 500000 euro
s and is available only for bigger companies. Panes can be bond by resining too, however
, this technology is
much more difficult, troublesome and less efficient. However
, by
using that technology it is possible
to bond bonding together the uneven area
s and
implementing implement decorative elements between panes.
At the fair in Duseldorfie in 2004
, technologies were
being shown for laminating of panes with a new foil of a new generation.
The fair in Milan
in 2005 confirmed
technology technological development offered by
the a number of companies. At the BUDMA 2006 fair
, the Polish EPO company showed
a stove for laminating EPL- 24
in at a the very attractive price,
what meets with big interesting which drew much interest from
theof the producers of panes. This technology combine
s PVB technologies with resining technology and
the equipment used for the production are much cheaper from
(than?) a PVB line.
Technological process
The technological
process is based on the "CAP-foil"
, which during the process
, gets geling and filling in all uneven area
s ,
similarly as similar to using resin. Panes are united in
the a special stove
that is equipped
into with vacum vacuum pockets. In the process
, the temperature is about 150 oC
. its needs An inspection of the temperature-temporary curve and the curve of
the growing
vacum vacuum is needed. Process parameters
sa are usually controlled through specialize PID adjusters.
The foil is
being put between panes or
, if we produce panes with additional decorative separator
, we use two foils and decorative material
putted are put between them.
In the process of heating
the foil
become geling first gels and
next hardening then hardens and
then get togther melds with
the panes sheets.
I think, i made lot of mistakes , can anyone check this ?
