Overwork used to be beneficial for the evolution of society, now it’s the opposite. As the time goes on, according to an annual survey, employees, from CEOs down to junior feel uneasy about their lives. Most of them work all the day long, plus the evening or the week end. They fell there job jeopardize. Because of the new technologie are in permanent progress, and the trend of corportion to merge, job has become insecure Almost consider working habits harm they familial relationship, and even their buisness productivity. These are the people who manage and rule their companie. Governements should act. Money is not the only key to the hapyness. |

| Caught in the Whirl of Work English people are hardworking. Notwithstanding, over the years ,they have found work exhausting, they are weary of toiling. Overwork used to be beneficial for the evolution of society, now it’s the opposite. As time goes by, according to an annual survey, employees from CEOs down to juniors feel uneasy about their lives. Many of them work all day long, plus the evening or the week end. They feel that their jobs are jeopardised because new technologies are in permanent progress; and with the trend of corporation mergers, jobs have become less secure. Most consider that their working habits harm their family relationships, and even their business productivity. These are the people who manage and run their companies. Governements should act. Money is not the only key to happiness. My suggestions are in blue. |
