Default how about you / teach & made up the dance routine

    1) "I have finished my work, how about you?"

In the above sentence, shall I say how about you or how's about you?

    2) There's a profession that one will make up a dance routine & teach the performers to dance on the stage, it could be part of a variety show or a concert? One who teach & made up the dance routine will not take part in performance. How do we call this profession or that person?
