Using Family last name as a group with S as the last letter of the name

When using a family name to represent the whole family but a "s" is at the end of the name would you you use an apostorphe after the s in the name?
Example: The hargus' or would it be the Hargus's? Or another idea?
    Thanks,
    Karen
