    What is it called when you say something in a sentence that is improbable like;
    George Washington used his cell phone.

    I can't think of anything other than "implausible"...an implausible statement...?

    George Washington on a cell phone? Cool! And Thomas Jefferson skateboarding?...hmmm How about Harry Truman Bungee jumping!
