    Arrow Please check it up

In our community if someone asks somebody to do a good thing, such as helping others in trouble, building roads or bridges etc., he is expected to get the same reward by God as the the person who does that good deed.
So, is this sentence correct as I have translated this saying into English? I want it sound as authentic English.

Each person who calls for a good deed is equally rewarded with the one who carries it out.

The building was reconstructed and its tower was erected in 1907 on the initiative of Mirzaanvar (1867-1907) and Mirzarustam (1862-1926) at the behest of Mirzarakhmat (1857-1927) who were one the most generous and educated people of their times.

    Thank you in advance.
