I have one which is somewhat related to this. Not a word though:

OF THE... I could do this slowly but doing it quickly entangles my tongue...:-?

It´s easy. if you do tongue twisters frequently.

same as other people here,"three" is the hardest to pronounce for me. I didn't know before that British people actually pronounce it as "free". That's what I'm gonna go with from now on as I've been practicing th-ree a lot and haven't got any progress.

To me, the words generalization and diagonalization are mostly difficult to pronounce for the same reason.
