    Post meaning of

    What would be the meaning of " Building on the sands of Time" ? and how would it relate to making of a Lesson Plan ?

    Sounds like a bit of a mixed metaphor. The sands of time means the passage of time, while building on sand is an example of foolish behaviour in the parable. It sounds like a cleverclever title rather than a policy. I presume it means building on what has been learned over the course of time, for lesson plans.
