    What about 'hear me out'?
I thought so, but you asked, so ...

The phrase hear me out means "listen to everything I have to say" or "be patient enough to hear everything I have to say because it has value and it'll help you understand".

No, problem. We'll move on to "do". If there anymore for "out", we can still post them.

Okay, here's another one "the ins and outs" - the details and the information, more or less, generally speaking.
